Yes. Encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell data. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can delete your account any time by emailing support@scholaris.co.in.

No. You complete the full assessment and see a preview of your report first. You only pay if you want to unlock the full report.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 24 hours if the report fails to generate correctly, or within the windows described in our Refund Policy.

Is this a clinical assessment?

No. Kairo is educational and guidance-focused. It is not a clinical, medical, or psychiatric assessment.

What languages are supported?

English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, and Bengali. The report is generated in your preferred language.

Can my parents see the report?

Yes. Base includes a downloadable PDF you can share. Plus includes a dedicated Parent Session PDF that translates your report into concrete family-discussion prompts.

Can I retake the assessment?

Accepted Answer

Plus includes one free retake between 6 and 24 months after your first report. Base users who want to reassess can purchase a new tier at full price.

What if the report doesn't fit me?

Email support@scholaris.co.in within 24 hours. If we can't resolve the issue, we refund the full purchase.
