About the journey
About 40 minutes. Progress is saved automatically — you can close the tab and return.
Yes. We refund in full if your report does not generate within 24 hours of payment, if you can point to serious errors in the report we produced, or if you can show us we did not deliver what we promised. Our Refund Policy sets out all three.
We need a parent or guardian to confirm consent. We'll guide you through that step during registration.
Yes. Base includes a downloadable PDF you can share. Plus includes a dedicated Parent Session PDF that translates your report into concrete family-discussion prompts.
About the report
Plus includes one free retake between 6 and 24 months after your first report. Base users who want to reassess can purchase a new tier at full price.
Kairo is currently available in English. The questions, the report, and the parent materials are all written for the Indian school context.
No. Kairo is educational and guidance-focused. It is not a clinical, medical, or psychiatric evaluation.
Privacy, payment, and support
Yes. Encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell data. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can delete your account any time by emailing support@scholaris.co.in.
No. You complete the full journey and see a preview of your report first. You only pay if you want to unlock the full report.
Yes, in three situations, and we refund the full amount in all three: your report does not generate within 24 hours of payment; you can point to serious errors in the report we produced; or you can show us we did not deliver what we promised. Write to support@scholaris.co.in from your registered email and we will look at it properly. What is not a refund case is simply disagreeing with your results — the report describes the answers you gave, and it is there to start a conversation, not to settle one. If something in it reads wrong to you, tell us anyway: we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Kairo started because the Indian career-guidance market was full of multiple-choice quizzes with predetermined results. Students — and their parents — deserve better. So we built something that takes an honest look at who you are, uses eight well-researched dimensions, writes for you specifically, and never pretends to be a crystal ball. No test can tell you what you should do. But a good test can help you see yourself more clearly. That's what we're trying to build.
